30-Day Return Period

Return applications can be submitted within 30 days upon delivery. To meet return eligibility, the item must remain in good shape and come with all original attachments, wires, user guides and bundled components. High-capacity lithium batteries need special processing, so kindly retain the original packaging whenever you can. If the original box is unavailable, get in touch with us prior to sending back your product.

Damaged, Faulty or Mis-Shipped Items

Please reach out to us immediately if your parcel arrives broken, defective or contains the wrong product. When your claim gets approved, we take care of return freight charges and offer one of the two choices below: A replacement unit, or A complete refund. For obvious transit damage, you must contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package.

Non-Defect Related Returns

You are allowed to apply for a return within the 30-day window if you simply change your mind or purchased an incorrect model. For returns unrelated to product quality issues: Return delivery fees are borne by the buyer. The merchandise has to stay intact and suitable for resale. All original accessories and included parts must be sent back together. We may apply proper deductions for missing accessories, heavy wear, product damage or newly required replacement packaging.

Return Steps

Never ship your item back without pre-approval. Email our customer support team at alhassan1abdullahi14rial@gmail.com and provide your order ID plus your reason for return. We will examine your application within 1 working day. Once accepted, we will send return guidelines and an RMA number. Securely pack your product and strictly follow the supplied return directions. Our service team will walk you through every stage of return, exchange or refund.

Refund Details

Items sent back will generally undergo inspection 3–5 working days after arriving at our warehouse. After your refund request is approved, funds will be returned to your original payment account. It normally takes 5–10 working days for the refund to show up, subject to your bank or payment service provider.

Warranty Statement

This 30-day return rule works independently from the product warranty. Manufacturing flaws reported once the return window expires can still be eligible for warranty service under the relevant warranty provisions.
